Elise keeps things running at OMZ, managing the day-to-day operations, supporting the design team, and making sure nothing gets overlooked. From coordinating project timelines to handling the financial side of our work, she brings organization to every part of the process.

She’s often the first person clients hear from once a project starts, and her attention to detail and clear communication help set the tone for a smooth, well-managed experience. Elise’s impact shows up everywhere, from the efficiency of our internal systems to the ease our clients feel working with us.

What object in your house makes you happiest?

A paperweight shaped like a sardine can.

Obsessively color-coding our project budgets.

Favorite road trip stop?

Literally anywhere with reliable cell service and a Diet Coke.

What kind of project lights you up?

The kind with no change orders.

A material you secretly love using?

Anything you can wipe clean with a Clorox towelette.

What space have you never forgotten?

The break room in the accounting office I worked at during college. It had one of those forever-buzzing lights and a vending machine that was always out of Diet Coke. I wouldn’t call it inspiring, but I will never forget it.
